A CLEAR IMPLEMENTATION PATH
The 90-day pilot costs €10,000 and covers an agreed evaluation scope with up to 10 machines. If you proceed to FULL Site, a further €15,000 covers the agreed onboarding and rollout. The total implementation fee is €25,000, including the pilot fee.
A direct FULL Site deployment has the same €25,000 total implementation fee. Your proposal specifies when the monthly subscription begins and exactly what each phase includes.
VERY SMALL FLEET?
For up to 10 machines, a limited standard deployment may be offered at €5,000 implementation plus €995/month. This requires a smaller agreed workflow scope, limited data import and remote training.
Moving to a larger plan requires a separate upgrade proposal defining any additional implementation work and subscription change.
Machine and user limits are commercial package limits. Technical capacity, required workflows and availability are confirmed before sale. Every proposal defines the modules, named users, data import, training and support included. Additional users, sites or scope are quoted before work begins.
Integrations, GPS hardware, travel, on-site work and custom development are quoted separately. AI & Advanced is a roadmap option and is not currently offered as a completed production service. Its final scope, usage allowance, setup fee and subscription are agreed before activation.
The same base EUR price list applies to Europe, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. A proposal can use an agreed local currency. Additional language, training and integration work is scoped separately. Existing signed customer agreements govern their agreed delivery and commercial terms.
